Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 12th. inst. outlining the report of your inspection of the rubber to metal assemblies which we are manufacturing for you. In order to overcome the dimensional discrepancies the following adjustments will be necessary:- Pt.No. F.60398. New centre pins will be required to be fitted into the mould. Pt.No. F.60399. The mould can be altered to give the correct width but in order to adjust the dimension of the bore new centre pins will have to be fitted. Pt.No.F.60517. New Core pins will have to be fitted. In view of the work involved in the making of the necessary adjustments and your remarks made in the last paragraph of your letter we await your further instructions before proceeding.
