[Struck-out text] CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS. PHANTOM III. In analysing the Customers' complaints during the last four months, the following have been the most prominent. 1). There has been 28 electrical failures comprising :- Starter Motors Dynamos Incorrect dipping of Headlamps Mellow tone Horns Fulcrum pin in Distributor Average mileage of cars.... 1.960 2). 25 complaints of engine due to poor slow running, misfires, oiling up of plugs, excessive oil consumption. These have been chiefly due to oiling up of plugs. Average mileage of cars.... 2.920 3). Jaggering clutches. 12 cases Average mileage of cars.... 2.192 4). 11 Failures of Instruments comprising. Petrol gauge failure and incorrect reading. Speedometer reading, noisy drives and trip failure Average mileage of cars.... 2.155 5). Sticking Throttles, 8 cases. These cases are chiefly due to the tightness of the counter shaft operating the throttle situated inside the frame. Average mileage of cars.... 1.851 6). Hydraulic Dampers, 7 cases comprising, Failure of connecting tube Knocks Loss of oil Stiffness of ride control levers. Average mileage of cars.... 4.798. | ||
