Attention of E.W.Hives Esq Dear Sir, We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 26th inst marked for the attention of the writer relative to use of grease gun with thick oil and the lubrication of your universal joints. We quite realise that the grease gun would be very tedious in operation in places such as the universal joints where any NO resistance is offered, and if you would be kind enough to let us have say 1/2 gallon of the oil you propose to use or alternatively let us know where we can procure this oil, and also if you would be good enough to let us examine the Saal Oil Gun we should be pleased to carry out some experiments, the results of these we could let you have together with our proposition in the course of a week or so, and we therefore thank you in anticipation for meeting our requests. Yours faithfully, BENTON & STONE LTD. I Eric Milner. Director. | ||
