Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your favour of the 17th. inst. to hand, and in reply we note that you are returning the set of Bin-Aural equipment.

We should esteem it a favour if you would indicate in what direction the instrument failed to meet your requirements, as we are quite confident that in the present form it is 90% efficient, and will deal with all ordinary problems quite easily.

If you could let us know, in confidence of course, what the nature of the problem is, we may be able to assist, or we could possibly arrange for our Midland representative to call on you, with a view to clearing up the matter.

Any remarks you may care to make will be dealt with by the writer if you will address your letter for personal attention.

We are, Faithfully yours.

FOR & ON BEHALF OF
THE CAPAC Co. LTD.
