The Stainless Spinning Works,

BIRMINGHAM, 6.

For the attention of Mr.E.P.Blake.

Dear Sirs,

We have received your letter of Feb.28th. for which we thank you and have noted with interest the report contained therein.

Confirming our conversation of yesterday, we will make a master plug and supply same to you and would like you to make your tools for the spun insert EW.1064 so that there is approximately .020 clearance - we will then get you to reduce this clearance by .005 increments until we obtain a satisfactory result.

The final tools so obtained will be the suitable ones for production.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
