V4 547 Please receive M.sch. 1322 shewing the dumb iron and front shackle for the front springs. As on Goshawk ll. though we have shewn rivets if it is found impossible to use these, bolts may be substituted, especially in the case of the long rivet at the front. It will be noticed that the depth at the front end of the frame is rather more than the present 40/50, but it is believed that when the experimental frames are bent up and cut off to suit, they will be found to be about the depth shewn, and in any case it seems desirable to increase this dimension to be pro rata with Goshawk.
