"Concerning the matter of litigation between
"ourselves and Grav-Vac Ltd., as you are aware, this case
"was heard before Mr. Justice Russell, who, while affirming
"the validity of the AUTOVAC Master Patent, held that the
"Grav-Vac did not infringe same. The case then went to
"appeal and the Appeal Court re-affirmed the Judgment.
"Consequently, we now beg to notify you that we are not
"proceeding further in this matter.
