E.A.C.7 - STARTER MOTOR.

Please receive herewith blueprints of:-

D.71506 - Bearing Bracket P.E.
D.71507 - Pinion.
D.71508 - Retaining Cover.

These parts will enable the 2.A.Motor to be fitted to the engine having the gear ring G.76125. i.e., straight teeth similar to those instructed for the 2.B. Scheme, the reduction ratio is altered to 16.3 - 1.

The bearing bracket, a hot stamped brass piece, can be made in S/M and is necessary to correct the centre distances for these gears.

The gear ring should have both ends of the teeth rounded off to allow the pinion to enter from either side.

The pinion should be cut to the finished sizes and no grinding allowance left, it is not intended to grind this first one.

Will you please put one of each in hand.
