To Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from BJ. BJ10/H12.10.21. X4400 X4400 Re "ENOTS" Lubricators. With reference to BY10/H11.10.21, a number of standardisation chassis parts sheets have been sent to us to sign. C.J. will return early next week. He will doubtless wish to have information in each case as to what stock or material, if any, will have to be scrapped if the new part is standardised. For instance, with regard to "Enots" Lubricators, I understand if the modification were brought in immediately, it would mean a loss of £730. It would therefore be of assistance if your standardisation sheets could always show when you intend to bring in the change and what will be the consequent loss in scrap. B.J.
