SpectreCodename for Phantom III. ---------- The design work for the SpectreCodename for Phantom III engine has been completed and issued for detailing with the exception of a few minor details and some details which are dependent upon the chassis construction (viz. engine suspension, controls). Work is in hand on these items and chassis design is in progress in order to release as quickly as possible the engine features which are held up by it. 8 Cylinder Engine for 20/25 HP.
