CENTRALLY MOUNTED RADIATOR AND WINGS FOR BENTLEY. We find on examining N.sch's 4235, 4238, & 4244 that the radiator matrix shown is of Marston Mark III construction and has been reduced 3.100" in height as well as having its lower corners removed. In view of this reduction in area, the 58 mm Marston Mark V matrix should be used in detailing, since tests which we have carried out show that this type of matrix can be reduced in height by at least four inches without its cooling falling below that of the present standard matrix.
