Possibly we might make a good job of the bobbin without the thread - (Rivet and sweat.) It should be tested before making expensive tools, because the whole might have to be longer as it seems a long stroke for the length of the bobbin. Could you add say 1" if needed? I fear feeble pull at beginning of stroke. The division in the core looks right but might on test be found better with some other proportions. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
