At a discussion recently between Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}, and E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} it was decided that we should introduce the clutch plate G.82601 for the second 100 chassis on Series 1. The friction material is Ferodo No.6 as at present being used. We would like to hear from Sft.{Mr Swift} whether he considers he can introduce the improved plate at the point indicated. If it is possible to bring the new plate in earlier so much the better, but every effort should be made to introduce it at 101 in Series 1. By BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
