the pole tips being only about .150".
2) Bakelite distributor gear wheel.
This no doubt is conducive to quietness but will require long tests to prove reliability.
3) Longer contact breaker cams like those of the new RO{C. C. Rose - Export Manager}1 magneto.
4) Considerably easier moving cam ring - a distinct improvement.

Further electrical tests will be carried out on this magneto for performance comparison partic-ularly with the latest up-to-date Lucas machine, and the magneto will then be ready for a 10000 mile test on a chassis.
