To:- RM. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Copies to EJJ B/E 1290 Cold Room Working. We have about three men working almost continuously in the Cold Room on Aero Engine starting and have thought it necessary to institute at this stage some form of regulations governing working operations in the Cold Room. We attach herewith for your approval a copy of the regulations we propose to circulate amongst our Staff and have posted up outside the Cold Room. These are more in the nature of safety regulations in order to avoid trouble with the Authorities if ever an accident should occur and are based on similar regulations issued by the Lucas Co., in connection with their Cold Room.
