Huckerby}7.11.38. we have received the information requested from Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} but do not appear to have had the privilage of a reply from yourselves in view of the urgency of deciding whether or not to abandon the Phantom III oil cooler altogether on all chassis, perhaps you would be good enough to answer above memo.
