With reference to your HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/LG16226., there is a point that we did not understand at the time of reading, namely, on page 2. the reference to the readings being the mean of lubricated and unlubricated. Does this refer only to the Marles steering? Perhaps you would kindly explain?
