"THE MOTOR" --continued.

-2-

We have thus had one Anglo-German, three trans-Atlantic and four English cars to report on during this month, and their performances form the subject of some interesting comparisons.

General articles to which I think it is worth while drawing attention are the description of John Cobb's potential record-breaking car which appeared on April 12, and some details of high output racing engine practice in an article appearing on April 26.

For May we have two Technical Reviews, one as previously mentioned on the 3rd, and another on May 24 - Overhead Camshafts.

On May 3 and 17 we shall publish road tests of a six-cylinder and 12-cylinder car respectively with the same engine capacity and generally similar design. The relative performances of these should provide much food for thought and reflection.

Sincerely yours,
S. Pomeroy.

TECHNICAL EDITOR.
