When I heard from P.N. this afternoon that you would not be coming here until to-morrow, I telephoned to your office saying that I was instructing Bagley to drive the car from Gerrards Cross to Derby this afternoon, leaving at 4 o'clock.

We hope you will be able to return the same car to us in a few days' time fitted with 15-tooth axle, so that we may try the difference with the car and engine otherwise exactly the same as it is now and just the axle changed.
