| 1269. To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.23/JH.25.8.38. EXPERIMENTAL CAR WATER HOSE CONNECTIONS. We would draw your attention to the fact that we have previously instructed that all experimental cars should have rubber hose connections with black external finish - Leyland & Birmingham Rubber Co. hose specification S.1633K/Y513 being our standard water hose. This also applies to car heater connections and the instruction has not been thoroughly carried out. Will you please order the necessary hose and ensure that the above is done.
