-2- HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.1/JH. 4.4.36. all crankshaft, flywheel, and clutch assemblies should be balanced in the final state in which they will run in the car, unless this is done serious vibrations and noise will result. as soon as the modifications to the machine are complete, we will balance a Ph.III crankshaft assembly accurately and fit same to a car, then determine how much out of balance can be present before we can detect any vibrations.
