To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X317 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}8/KW.8.4.36. When 32-EX came out of the shop about 3 weeks ago, it had a violent propellor shaft vibration. The propellor shaft was changed, which cured the trouble. We never heard what was the reason for the vibration on the propellor shaft which was removed, and shall be glad to know what was found to be wrong; i.e., was it partial seizure or out of balance.
