Dear Sir,

I thank you for your further letter of the 23rd.January,and have much pleasure in confirming that it will be quite in order for Mr.Eccles to accompany Mr. Royce on Thursday next.

I am glad to tell you that Mr. Grinham is here today,so that if you too,would care to come along,he in conjunction with our Works Director, Mr.G.A.Phillips,would be delighted to entertain the three of you to lunch here.

I would suggest that you all get here at eleven o'clock,when if you will kindly ask for me,I will put you into touch with the person whom I am arranging to take you over our plant.
