To BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} 48470 Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /LG3.3.27. STOP FOR FRONT BRAKES. 48470 48330 In our report Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 5/LG11.2.27. we pointed out the necessity of a stop on the front brakes on cars with the new axle. When we reduce the brake leverage to the front this becomes more essential. We have received a scheme from DA. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} which consists of a small plate bolted to the existing brake equaliser. We strongly recommend we fit this to all cars as soon as possible. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
