performance figures for this machine and the present standard Bentley machine. Design work will be required for mounting this smaller dynamo and also for providing a tachometer drive on the end of it.

Lightened Instruments.
--------------------

These have not been entirely satisfactory and more experience is required on them before they can be standardised.

Head Lamp Glasses.
------------------

and spot lamp
GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} complains that head lamp/glasses frequently get broken due to stones being flung up on passing cars. Grilles over the lamps would prevent this but their use would probably reduce the light available from the lamps to a considerable extent.

Controllable Dampers.
--------------------

Considerable discussion ensued as to the advisability of recommending these for adoption on the Bentley chassis. It was ultimately agreed to recommend them but the minimum damper loading should not be less than 60 lbs.

Harrison Radiator.
------------------

This has successfully completed 10,000 miles test and it was agreed that this can be brought in at some future date. The fact that the Harrison radiator matrix is available is to be taken into consideration by the Design Department in conjunction with modifications to the front end of the chassis. The increased efficiency of the Harrison matrix allows a smaller matrix to be used.

Magnesium Parts.
---------------

It was agreed that these should not be recommended for production at this stage. Considerably more testing is required and we hope to incorporate many magnesium parts on an early SpectreCodename for Phantom III chassis.
