Dear Sirs,
Your Order No. 50401, Drg. No. E.59596.
Referring to the writer's visit to your Works on the 11th July, and to your order for radiator matrices to the above number, we have modified our jigging arrangements for this matrix so as to ensure closer accuracy, and we are sending separately, and marked for the attention of Mr. Lidsey, a matrix which has been made by the improved process.
We should be glad if you would give this an examination and let us have a report as soon as possible.
You will notice that the block is very slightly under dimension from the top to the bottom, and we have made this on the minus side to allow for the soldering of the top and bottom tanks to give an accurate overall dimension.
Yours faithfully,
For JOHN MARSTON Limited,
Howard Southall.
Works Manager.
