This switch completes the contact to the backing light every time gears are put in reverse. Please note that on the arrangement drawing the base is shown assembled the wrong way round. I have indicated the correct way in ink. It is important to maintain the correct height of the switch base from actuating shaft centers and for this purpose the washer A-10316 is provided to be used as necessary. Dimmer Switch. A-11857 - Arrgt. of Floorboards. This is a double pole change over switch used for changing from main to "dim" filament in headlamps (see above). Pressure on the knob changes the current from one line to the other and the next pressure changes it back.
