Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} will report results.

Noisy Tappets. It was stated that these complaints are now being cured without difficulty.

20 H.P. CARS.

Brakes Squeaking. The same remarks apply as in the case of the 40/50 h.p. - Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} is trying the anti-squeak device spring as on the 40/50 h.p. and Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} will do the same. It is doubtful, as in the case of the 40/50, whether any permanent cure can be made.

Brakes (foot) Sticking. It was remarked that faulty and too close adjustment may cause this. The question of giving more clearance to the white metal bearing on which the shoes hinge will be considered. Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} and Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} jointly to go further into this matter.

Coil Failures. The same remarks as on the 40/50 h.p.

Clutch jaggers and slipping. Continue to dope as recommended for 40/50 h.p.

Dynamo Failures. This can now be cured.

Slipper drive. The position is looked upon as serious, and requires the attention of Design, Experimental and Repair Depts. in combination. The dynamo drive is suspected of having an influence on the trouble.

Engine over-oiling. This is not so bad now, and cases as those on the 40/50 h.p. do not arise.

Exhaust Bracket breaking. This bracket has been abandoned altogether on the present 25 h.p. car, and W. now suggests that the Repair Departments should remove broken ones and not refit except when they appear to be required to get over booming.
