Messrs. Park Ward & Co.,

Dear Sirs,

Re Enclosed Limousine - 38-EX.

We are a little perturbed over the rate of progress of this body, especially as the chassis is rapidly approaching completion and may be sent to you any day now.

It will be necessary to go ahead as fast as possible with the completion of this body in order that it may be painted and partially trimmed and ready for mounting when the chassis arrives.

We agree to the use of aluminium wings all round on this car in order to save weight, as on the Phantom III we have had practically no wing trouble.

From our records it would appear that this body will be fitted with Ternstedt type door dove tails and standard locks. We would be glad if you would confirm this.

Yours faithfully,

For and on behalf of
ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
