600a HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/R.8.4.38. 15,000 Mile Wraith. 26.G.VI. Our anxiety with regard to this car is that it should not remain in pieces for a long period. We have about three months before production of Wraiths commence, and, during this period, every experimental car is of value. Our main interest lies in the condition of the gearbox, engine, and front suspension. When the car goes in the Shop, will you please remove the engine from the frame, and let us have it on the Test Bed for a short time to investigate the timing gear rattles, which are the worst feature of the car.
