We attach hereto copy of a memo which we have received from the Paris Depot, relative to the Engine Unit at present being prepared in the Repair Department for them.

As requested by F.B.A. Ltd., we are arranging for the electrical parts and carburetters to be sent separately so that they may be cleared through the Customs at the cheaper rate.

You will note in the final paragraph of this memo that they have at our request forwarded their official order, but they were under the impression that the engine/unit would not be charged to them.

We shall be pleased to learn, if this should be the case, on whose authority this was communicated to Paris, and shall be glad if you will kindly advise us how the charges in respect of the unit supplied and also transport charges, should be disposed of.

D/BP.
