LUCAS BATTERIES. 6021 Apparently, why the 9 plate Lucas Battery STXR.9A did not give such a good performance, was due to the fact that it had rubber separators and they should have delivered type STW.9A which has wood separators. We have asked Messrs. Lucas to supply us with 1 STW.9A for test on a Bentley, and 1 STW.11A for test on the Wraith. Will Roy {Sir Henry Royce} , please send the order to Messrs. Lucas for these two units. BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /RD | ||
