-2- Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}1/JH. Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} 28th. August, 1941. A stationary tube will be required inside the column to hold the trafficator control at the steering wheel centre. The existing Austin tube will be too short but might be extended by butt-welding if you wish to avoid making an entirely new piece. We shall be glad to answer any further queries to the best of our ability; in the meantime will you proceed with the job? Our official order will follow in the course of a few posts. Yours faithfully, D.B. for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
