In regard to the well-base rim fitted with tyre, which Colonel Matthew left here, Mr. Edwards of the Dunlop Company spoke to us on Saturday last and requested that we should return this rim and tyre, in order to avoid the risk of this tyre being used, as it is not a perfect one.
