| X6135 To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} I understand the D.O. are standardising all Smith's Dashboard Instruments on the 20/25 HP. Chassis "U" Series, and if you have any papers or details in connection therewith from Messrs. S.Smith & Sons, would you kindly let me have them. In connection with Smith's instruments, I am assuming that the A.T.Speedometer will continue, seeing it is made by Smiths, and that we shall not fit the cheaper Smith type, i.e. Centrifugal type. In the case of Ammeters, Smiths are not making same, but I gather they have some working arrangement with Lucas, and that the latter will supply through Smiths.
