A.{Mr Adams} T. SPEEDOMETER CO., LTD. CONTINUATION. -2- Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd. 22nd March, 1934. In the meantime, we most respectfully suggest to you that you continue your tests of the present instrument, which, we are confident, will not give you any cause for anxiety in regard to the speed mechanism or the total mileage, and, as this trouble with the trip is, we maintain, of a mechanical nature, and not one in any way to do with reliability, we hope that you will, therefore, view the matter in this light. We shall use every effort to get this new instrument through to you a day or two after the Easter vacation, when the writer will be in touch with you again without delay. In the meantime, would you be agreeable to take the trip out of your present instrument and return it to the writer. This, apart from being useful to us, would save further risk of your people straining the complete mileage drive by still endeavouring to set the trip to zero. Always at your service, We beg to remain, Yours faithfully, For THE A.T. SPEEDOMETER CO. LTD. H H Buckland Director. | ||
