With reference to the Goshawk Limousine. Comparative tests made at the Works show that 3-Goshawk which is fitted with the Hooper limousine, is as good, if not better, than any Goshawk-ll chassis as regards power at low speeds. We do not hope that the production cars will be any better than 3-Goshawk car in this respect.

The springs on the car are exactly the same springs as when the car was tried in London before. The only alteration which could affect the springing is the fact that we have had to disconnect the front shock absorbers in order to send some of the parts to France to keep the 10,000 miles car running, otherwise, the springs on that car are similar to what will be fitted to the standard production cars.

There is a later design for the pedals but it must be realised that the pedals can only go forward the limited amount before the driver's foot would foul the dashboard. Nothing more can be done with the pedals after that. It would mean that the front seats or the steering, or both, would have to be altered in order to obtain the required comfort.

The ringing underneath the car is due to the Bendix Pinion. We have not yet been able to fit to this car the latest electrical equipment which overcomes this fault. The noise can be overcome by starting the engine with the starter to make sure that the pinion is thrown clear.

The most important feature on 3-Goshawk we wish the Sales Dept. to criticise, is the power at low speeds because in our opinion the car is now considerably better in this respect than when it was in London previously.
