Dear Sirs, Confirming our telephone message of yesterday, the writer and our Mr.Smith will call on you on Friday, 24th., at approximately 11 a.m. for the purpose of discussing the modified method of building oil coolers, and in order to build one such oil cooler while at your works. will you please arrange to have the necessary set of parts available for building one such replacement oil cooler. We would also like to see a set of the Bentley III radiator which you are building for us, and would remind you that we must definitely have this radiator by June 30th.
