To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} X3409 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}11/KW.23.1.34.

This is to ask you to re-line all Servos in future, even the fully floating type, with RAD.13 liners.

We have got to give up using linings in S.3914, because although very efficient this squeaks.

Will you also please line all clutches with RAD.11 and all brakes with Bonded Asbestos.

This of course applies to both the Phantom and 20/25 HP. 10,000 mile Cars.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Grylls.
