Steering mechanism improvements with semi-irreversible steering for Goshawk, Heron, and Seagull models.

(6) When we are able to dispense with elasticity in the steering connections the control of the front wheels becomes much more definite, and we can also then adopt semi-irreversible steering, (by the use of plain thrusts) then the steering becomes as perfect as we know how to make it, and more suitable for a lady to drive a heavy car at high speeds.

I have arranged with HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} for 4.Goshawk to be fitted up in this manner as near as possible adopting rear anchorage to the road springs, and plain thrust to the steering column to reduce the reversibility of the steering mechanism.

(1) Goshawk modifications.
(2) Heron.
(3) Seagull.
