12-EX. Phantom Improvements.

With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/LG24.4.28, Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} and C. are going to Derby to-morrow.

In the meantime we have arranged as follows:

1. ENGINE AND PEDALS FURTHER FORWARD - CAST DASHBOARD.

This is O.K. subject to C. and Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} inspecting it.

2. SIDE BY SIDE REAR BRAKES.

This is O.K. subject to C. and Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} inspecting it.

3. SHORTER AND LIGHTER HUBS.

This is O.K. subject to C. and Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} inspecting it.

On reviewing these 4 items it does appear to me that it is very necessary that they should be fully tested for 10,000 miles in the state in which they will be delivered to the customer, so that we may find out, when the car is being
