1230- 122$ To: Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} 3/B. 14. 2. 38 Following our recent conversation re Price's Oil for the Phantom III Engine, London, 'C', states they are particularly anxious that this question should be cleared up as soon as possible, as it is causing a certain amount of inconvenience to Customers who have more than one ROLLS-ROYCE Car, and who stock Price's oil. I have advised 'C' that we are expecting a modified sample from Messrs. Price shortly, and that you will be testing same as quickly as possible. So far as all the other oils are concerned, we are continuing arrangements covering such supplies for 1938 as hitherto, (C. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} being in agreement), and also negotiating with Messrs. Duckham. ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
