Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}/Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}9/L.251113. Sheet.2 to the brake surfaces. This is probably what has happened in the Sales Dept. cars. I think we should stop making this oil hole in the cam, also that we should always use grease in these particular lubricators, and that, rather sparingly. I think the Sales Dept. could put their cars in order by removing the rear wheels and thoroughly cleaning off any oil or grease from all parts of the brake, and in future to oil all the 4 greasers which are on the actuating shaft sparingly.
