(1) REPAIR DEPARTMENT.

The Conference today considered the scheme for the new Repair Department, and decided to ask Mr.Haldenby and Capt.Hallam to further consider the scheme and bring it up again for Tuesday, the 15th inst.

(2) REAR SHOCK ABSORBERS.

Reference Minute 4 of 31/5/20, and Minute 2 of 1/6/20, the Meeting agreed with Mr. Royce's opinion given in his F14/G8.6.20 that the fitting of Rear Shock Absorbers to existing cars should be left over until we find that it is necessary to make this alteration to existing cars.

(3) ENGINE FEET.

Reference Minute 3 of 28/5/20. The drawing of the new Engine Feet has been sent to Mr.Royce for final approval and at the same time drawings were sent to Mr.Bailey for details and models to be made.
