With reference to wire wheels, did you take note of what Mr. Neill said as to the spokes shaking loose? Is there anything in the Dunlop wheel which, in this respect, makes it superior to the Rudge Whitworth? C. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.}

In reply to the above, there is nothing in the scheme of spoking Dunlop or Rudge-Whitworth wheels which should make one superior to the other.
Rudge-Whitworth have a patented method of bending the end of the spokes where they enter the wheel hub. This they say is better than the old scheme, but it seems questionable.
