These tests show that the S.6777 made from the obliquely cut cloth with improved method of impregnation is fully satisfactory as regards bursting strength as a continuous ring and also when segmented.

We are anxious to carry out road tests to show whether or not the frictional and take up qualities equal to those of Thermoid will be maintained after continued service.

Will you therefore please send us 12- 13 1/2" facings without rivet holes as soon as possible.

Our official order will follow on receipt of your quotation.

We would be glad to know if you can supply similar quantities of both 10" and 11" facings, also without rivet holes, together with your quotation.

For convenience in reference, would you kindly let us have a designation or reference number for this latest facing.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
