Dear Sirs:-

We have your esteemed favour of the 18th inst., and in reply we beg to point out that the Trip Recorder setting does work from the back of the instrument board. As you know, we have fitted a large number of your 40/50 hp cars with this Trip instrument, and have had no trouble with the fitting. It is only necessary to gauge a small piece out of the wood of the instrument board - at the back only - when the Handle of the Trip Adjuster can be worked with one finger quite readily.

We are, dear Sirs,
Yours faithfully,
for A.T.SPEEDOMETER CO.LTD
