With reference to the letter to be given to workmen in accordance with BJ2/H3.3.25, please note the dates should, owing to more recent legislation, now read "1906-1923" and not "1906-1919". This will therefore now read as follows:- "In consideration of your proceeding abroad "on our service and at our request, notwithstanding "the fact that you will not be entitled to "compensation under the Workmen's Compensation "Acts 1906-1923 in the event of your death or "injury arising out of and in the course of "your employment by us outside of the United "Kingdom, we undertake to compensate you or your "dependents to such extent as you would have "been entitled to had your employment at the "time been within the United Kingdom.
