Clarifying that the instrument board on a 20-HP chassis should be rigidly fixed to the scuttle rail.

Hallam - Head Repairs} 24/W.12.2.25, we do not understand why the instrument board is entirely isolated from the scuttle, as we have always specified on our 20-HP. chassis prints that the instrument board must be rigidly fixed to the scuttle rail.
