With regard to the new edition of the above relating to 2700 and 2800 series, we would like to draw your attention to the following points upon which we shall be glad to have your criticism as well as any further suggestions re alterations or additions which you think would be suitable for the new edition. It has been decided that the propeller shaft universal joint should be lubricated once every 2,000 miles instead of once every 500 miles, as stated in the book. Will you kindly let us have your opinion with regard to the lubrication of the ball bearing in the centre of the torque tube, whether or not this should be lubricated every 500 miles as stated. With regard to the rear brake adjust-ment, both foot and hand brakes, we understand this has to be carried out, and we shall be glad to know of any interesting or new matter with regard to this.
